Cascina Rabaglio – Nebbiolo d’Alba 2016

Klarröd färg som ljusnar med ålder. Den spröda aromen påminner om hallon och viol som blir flyktigare med mognad. Torr, harmonisk och fin fyllighet som med tiden mjuknar ytterligare. Vinet bjuder på en sammetslen känsla som dröjer sig kvar i munnen. Passar till grillat och långkokt kött eller mer komplexa pastarätter.
